Our community offers two bedroom floorplans and three bedroom floorplans. The diagrams below are intended to give you a basic idea of the layout of each floorplan, but it takes a personal visit to Poplar Grove to fully appreciate the quality of workmanship and the attention to detail that our staff places on making your new home spectacular.

Security deposits are equal to one month's rent for two bedroom and three bedroom suites.
